Stonebridge Corporate approached us seeking a high-end office transformation that balanced functionality, style, and modern workplace needs.
Spanning approximately 5600 sq ft, the project in Epsom, Surrey, required a complete office fit-out, integrating premium design elements, while ensuring a seamless & efficient workspace.
Our design team, known for their keen attention to detail and visionary approach, delivered a stunning office space that perfectly balanced quality, aesthetics, and functionality – earning high praise from the client.
The design included standout features such as a sunken reception area that made a lasting first impression, a raised boardroom with pelmet & step lighting enclosed by sliding glass doors for an executive touch, and a dedicated Teams room to enhance virtual collaboration. The office also featured a directors’ suite and two additional management offices for senior staff, along with a specialised printing area to streamline workflow.
To improve workspace efficiency, we created an open-plan staff area that encouraged collaboration, a breakout area with a bar for relaxation, and a practical staff locker room. Premium design and acoustic solutions were incorporated, including CNC-detailed acoustic wall paneling for aesthetics and noise reduction, bespoke glass manifestations that reinforced corporate branding, and high-end furniture finishes using Nanotech materials and Ply edging for a sophisticated look.
Additionally, cutting-edge technology and AV solutions were seamlessly integrated, featuring state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment for smooth presentations and an integrated sound system to enhance the office environment.
