With Azelis’ strong focus on sustainability and their employees, we designed a space that went far beyond aesthetics. Our first step was starting afresh – stripping away old partitions, dated lighting, and inefficient systems to create a blank canvas for something special.

The refurbishment balanced environmental responsibility with practical, modern workplace needs. We installed smart LED lighting and an energy-efficient heat recovery system to reduce the building’s carbon footprint. Local manufacturers provided much of the furniture, cutting transportation emissions, while we chose recyclable carpet tiles that can begin a new life once they’re worn.

Each floor now features inviting breakout spaces where team members can step away to recharge or have informal discussions. We expanded and reimagined collaborative areas to spark creativity and make teamwork more natural. The new reception area and client spaces create a strong first impression, while a versatile boardroom adapts for everything from client presentations to team training sessions.

We carefully selected ergonomic furniture based on detailed risk assessments, ensuring everyone stays comfortable throughout their workday. We improved the layout of the laboratory spaces and added smart storage solutions to help teams work more efficiently.
