Our Office Refurbishment Process
We take the time to understand the requirements of your business and assess how it currently works. We will complete a full workplace analysis of your current office design, including a site survey, plus a storage audit and analysis. We will also conduct employee surveys to understand how they work and what can be done to improve their productivity.
With the information provided, our team will get to work creating the design. We can produce 3D visualisations, 2D plans, concept sketches, and theme boards to enable you to visualise, agree, and implement your new environment.
Once a design is agreed upon, we will then develop a timeline that works for you; keeping any possible disruption to your business to a minimum. With sufficient planning, you can make a seamless transition into your new space (regardless of whether you’re staying in the same building or moving to a new one).
With everything designed, planned and agreed upon, we get to work building your ideal office. We conduct most of the work ourselves, with only our trusted network of contractors coming onboard when needs be.
Once the office design and build is completed we don’t just shake hands and walk away, leaving you to it; we will be on hand to offer any additional support and aftercare you need.
