Our Client's Requirement

The retail unit had been vacant for several years but was still fitted as a record store and therefore required a full strip-out before the Oaktree Interiors team embarked on designing a new modern and vibrant office.

The desire was to create a bright, modern, and professional space that encourages team working and an environment that staff and clients alike look forward to visiting. They required a space that could be used as a convenient touchdown point for staff and insurance associates, but also a convenient place to hold formal and informal meetings.

As a leading provider of services to the insurance industry, Landmark Group needed their first UK office to be located within the heart of the insurance district in Central London

What Oaktree Delivered

Our team was tasked with designing several different working areas within the open-plan office space. Within the design, we created a mix of permanent workstations, hot desks, and informal meeting and collaboration spaces.

A new, modern boardroom was built, together with an open-plan kitchen /breakout area, incorporating high-level bench seating.

An electronic golf practice system was installed and projected on a large screen within a dedicated game area, utilising the latest golf game technology. This created a fun and unique facility for staff and visitors to enjoy away from the desk.
