Based on the 2nd floor of number 15, Adam Street, WC2N 6RJ, Livingstone's office refurbishment in London is in one of the most prestigious areas of the capital. Located directly off The Strand, this area is highly sought after for office space.Although the original office layout only provided space for their existing 38 employees in the London office, Livingstone needed the same space to be optimised to create a working environment for as many as 50 staff. In order to accommodate this, Oaktree's professional team were asked to include new workstations and personal storage units.After making several visits to a variety of furniture showrooms providing accurate space plans and 3D visuals, the size of the project continued to grow. Our team were soon asked to create additional schemes for the Partners' separate offices and to update them to meet the requirements of the firm's most senior and experienced members.Oaktree also redeveloped the main boardroom, fitted new flooring throughout and ensured that all the electrical works had the capacity to meet the growing requirements of the business.In order to really bring the office space to life, and ensure that the brand identity was expressed throughout every part of the office interior design project, our team also applied visual wall graphics to stimulate and inspire the workforce and create a fantastic impression on their potential clients.As part of the overall office renovation, we also supplied new furniture and completely new storage solutions throughout the work space.

We were first advised about our relocation at the beginning of February with a view of moving into our new offices by May! With this in mind the hunt was on to get the best advice, the most professional approach from a company who we could put our trust into. After meeting with various fitters and dismissing most, we met with Steve and Chris to look at the space we were working with. We wanted a lot out of our small budget and these guys were great in the advice they gave us. We looked at various ideas of how to optimise the space we had to achieve the maximum potential and it was fantastic to look at the plans drawn to scale with the office furniture in position to give us an idea of what we could achieve.We finally got the keys to our new building, later than we should have and the work began. The 6 week timeframe had been slashed to 4… We were amazed at the quick and professional approach the Oaktree guys took; walls came down, partitions went up and we were always met with politeness and shown the developments when we were on site. We were kept involved every step of the way, and given a great amount of advice about what had worked for other developments and how we could incorporate these ideas within ours whilst keeping in mind our own ideas. We are a colourful company and wanted to incorporate this side of our business into our office space. We were not disappointed by the end result.The build did take longer than the 4 weeks, but that was to be expected and was completely out of our control. We moved in regardless at the end of May and were setting up in our new offices a week after. The guys worked so hard to ensure we could move in quickly and without hassle. We are delighted with the results, the brightness and colour injected throughout creates an amazing office space that we welcome visitors into and receive so many comments about how good this place now looks.Thanks guys
