Haberman Ilett LLP is a specialist firm, providing accounting and financial expertise in the context of disputes, whether they are eventually resolved by negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation. Founded as The Haberman Partnership in 2013, they are already the largest independent firm of their type in the UK. Their philosophy is long term, and depends on their reputations as individuals for quality and user-friendliness. They are here to help their clients and their legal representatives to resolve disputes in a time- and cost-effective way.
The project commenced in August 2014 and was completed in just 6 weeks, which minimised the disruption for their employees. This speed and efficiency was one of the main factors for the company choosing Oaktree.
Their final design included a range of both colourful and natural tones as well as vinyl flooring in a wooden effect. Two separate meeting rooms were added into one end of the office floor and a segregated kitchen area was also included. The build was designed to make as much use of the small amount of space they have available, allowing them to get in extra desks for any increase in staff over the coming years.
One of the company's main objectives for the project was to create a space which would aid collaboration within the company whilst offering great overall value for the work carried out. All of the latest equipment was added to the office interior including 'meeting pods' which provide a more informal place to have meetings.
The Haberman Partnership tasked Oaktree with designing and building them an interior for their new office inside City Tower, London EC2. Haberman are an independent specialist firm which provides accounting & financial expertise to clients all over the world.
After looking at other interior fit out companies, they decided to select Oaktree to complete their project because they wanted a quality design and the project done as quickly as possible. They were very impressed with the final designs we submitted to them as they fully met their requirements and brief.
