Knowing the brief and having prepared a solution, we delivered a project that fully fits the requirements of the client. Corsair's new office is a colourful hub with lots of room for expansion. We opened up the area, created a stylish Boardroom and a bespoke entrance to impress visitors. For staff; there is a lovely open plan office space with lots of graphics and colours leading into the tea point where they can enjoy their new breakout area.
Oaktree was highly recommended by a local commercial agent in Berkshire and once our Business Development team established communication with the client, we were invited to carry out a survey of their new 3,228 sq ft office at West Forest Gate in Wokingham and discuss their project brief. The previous tenant had left some partition walls at the site and the project brief includes to strip out the existing partitioning and to build & install various new meeting rooms and manager offices to their specifications.
