Founded in 1974, the company quickly grew in profile to become one of the UK's major wine importers, working with supermarkets,wholesalers and restaurant chains. The company is part of the Schenk group,which represents one of Europe's largest family-owned wine companies. This reach helps them to be 'close to the source' of most of their products,ensuring that they are able to offer their customers great prices, fantastic quality and unbeatable flexibility and responsiveness to the demands and trends of the international market. Buckingham Schenk thrive on establishing strong relationships between their customers and wineries across all sales channels.
Our brief was to create a new office designed and built to support the company with its current and future operational needs and requirements. The new office layout will include: new meet & greet/reception area, cellular offices and meeting rooms, Large boardroom,open plan desk area, coupled with a breakout area for the staff to use, and a bespoke wine tasting area to use with potential clients and suppliers. We used a mixture of solid walls & glass partitions, with Mechanical & Electrical works also being included within this project.
The project has been successfully completed on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of Management and staff at Buckingham Schenk.
