We're pleased to announce that we've just embarked on a new office refurbishment for Baggerman Wealth Management at their new location at West Mills Yard in Newbury. The project will see an open plan office suite transformed into a modern working environment that balances the need for comfort, with better functionality; improving collaboration & productivity, while keeping them engaged, happy and healthy.

In a post-COVID world especially, the need to provide a working environment that offers such benefits cannot be underestimated; it could be the difference in a business assembling the right team for it to be successful and grow, or not. This was something that Baggerman Wealth Management, like so many of our recent clients, have understood and want to build with moving forwards.

Who are Baggerman Wealth Management?

Their Practice has expanded over the years and continues to grow whilst they maintain long-term relationships with clients; providing advice as and when their financial needs evolve. With an ever-growing dedicated and committed team, Baggerman Wealth Management required a modern, versatile space in which to work – which is where we here at Oaktree Interiors came in.

How are Oaktree delivering the refurbishment?

After meeting with the client to understand their requirements, we surveyed the office space and creating several design plans for them to look over. Once they selected their preferred design plan, we got to work with the office refurbishment; the scope of work comprised of the creation of new ceilings, installation of LED lighting, decorations, flooring and partitioning.

Also included in the design plan was the installation of new air-conditioning units and the fitting of a new tea-point and WC facilities. New office furniture will be installed too; items that match the branding and aesthetic tastes of the company and their employees.

Works are now underway and we envisage that the office will be handed over in a few weeks' time. When finished, we hope that the new office is both comfortable and inspiring for staff and any visiting clients and partners who may visit; leaving them suitably impressed by the new environment.
