A New Bar Fit Out For The Hoppy Place In Maidenhead

We are very pleased to be soon starting work on site for a brand-new bar fit out in the centre of Maidenhead in Berkshire. ‘A Hoppy Place’ is a new bar coming to the town, operated by the family-run business who have an existing outlet in nearby Windsor.

As we’re vastly experienced in the design and build of all manner of commercial interiors (including several bar facilities), we were only too happy to work with the owners on their exciting new venture. We initially provided all the advice they needed to create their ideal design, before commencing the building phase. Read on to learn more!

The project brief

As a new completely new bar fit out, the new site will be handed to us in a ‘shell and core’ condition, with bare brick walls, exposed ceilings and concrete screed floor. Our team have worked closely with the client to develop a welcoming and comfortable space for clients, that is both practical and functional with a design built in collaboration with the client.

We have also had to consider a multitude of needs of the space, not only to ensure that the space is an attractive destination to the local population, but also a lot of consideration has been applied to the functionality and legal obligations of such a facility.

Once all relevant licences are granted, we expect to start on site in March 2022 and expect the bar fit out to be fully operational in late spring. Our team are very much looking forward to visiting as soon as possible later in the year.
