For more than 30 years, Rullion have focused on delivering extremely specialised recruitment services to businesses from a wide range of industries and job-seekers with a variety of specialisations. Today, they are an industry-leading recruitment powerhouse, and they partner with workers to link them up to both temporary and permanent workplaces.
Rullion is composed of more than 60 staff members, and they work alongside some of the UK's most successful and sought-after contractors, companies on the lookout for skilled employees and qualified, motivated individuals that can be relied on to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Located as it is on the second floor of Aldermary House, Queen Street, London, the property itself is located just outside Cheapside, one of London's premier retail thoroughfares, this is a busy area and is ideal for the dynamic atmosphere that Rullion were on the lookout for, as well as offering easy transport links to and from the office and a diver se range of retail outlets only a short distance away.
The building is also within extremely close proximity to both One New Change, and the historic Bow Lane. Both of these areas offer a diverse range of retail and culinary offerings, which make this building an extremely sought after, and an ideal choice for Rullion's clients and employees.
It was extremely important, right from the start of the project, that we created a work area that reflected Rullion's unique and fast-paced brand identity. To start with, we created an open-plan and self-contained office space, benefiting from VRF air conditioning and new, LG7 compliant lighting solutions.
Within the design itself, we ensured that the company would have everything that they need in order to work in as effective and professional a manner as possible. The creation of a reception and registration area was extremely important, as the business deals with clients all day, including interested employees and businesses on the lookout for specialist solutions to their problems.
However, behind the reception area, it was also important to ensure that the Rullion team had the right facilities to do their work on a day-to-day basis. That is why we focused on an open-plan office space to allow easy interaction and communication between the various employees. We put a lot of effort into the breakout areas as well, to ensure that the employees had a space to relax and hang out during the working day.
Meeting rooms and a boardroom were also high on the list of priorities, with Rullion requiring a great deal of interaction between themselves, and either businesses or individual clients. All areas will feature bespoke, comfortable furniture for both employees and clientele.
