Oaktree's Office Refurbishment For UL International

Oaktree have been awarded the job of refurbishing the London offices of UL International, who are a global company that develop safety solutions for the science community. For the project we will re-design and re-fit all of their existing ground floor offices at Wonersh House in Guildford.

After the company's initial approach, we created a detailed plan which included our time and budget considerations. Our plan includes a new layout of desks and meeting rooms, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and air-conditioning, plus all the colours and aesthetics to make sure the environment was fresh and invigorating. Work is due to commence in early June with completion scheduled for the middle of August.
