Bellenden's new office space is 96 Great Suffolk Street, SE1. The property is located on the West side of Great Suffolk Street close to its junction with Union Street. London Bridge, Waterloo and Blackfriars mainline stations are within easy walking distance, as are Southwark and Borough underground stations.
The brief for this office design and build in London was to create the company's new UK headquarters. Bellenden deals with a complete range of different situations, meaning that a truly diverse workplace is essential. We have worked to create a mixture of cellular office spaces and open-plan areas for the organisation's 50+ staff.
We were also to create new meeting rooms and a Board Room, along with a completely original and modern open-plan office design to facilitate easy and rewarding collaborative working. It was important that the workspace featured a light and inclusive atmosphere, and so we included a mixture of solid and glass wall partitions to create private working and meeting spaces. This was all coupled with a break out area for the staff to relax and enjoy their free time in.
All the necessary infrastructure work, including mechanical & electrical services, will be carried out as part of this modern office design and build in London.
