The Reading Green Park office fit out project is progressing to plan and on schedule.

The reconfiguration and additional air conditioning and fresh air duct work is in place and the structure of the ‘Eye feature’ is now formed on all floors. The ‘Eye’ is an elliptical feature running through all floors and creates a central cluster point to form meeting rooms and service areas. The full height (2.7mt) door frames have been fitted ready to receive the bespoke flush front full height doors and the silicon jointed double glazed partitioning.

One of the specialist areas currently being worked on is the fire suppression system within the server rooms; this requires the area being sealed both above the ceiling and below the floor to ensure the effective operation of the suppression gases that are released in the event of a fire.
