Power
We can install total power solutions for entire buildings including back-up supplies and UPS systems, with full power installation utilising service outlets, buss-bar trunking and hard wired power to additional power sockets alongside an existing electrical setup.

Lighting

Air Conditioning
It has been proven that staff working in air conditioned offices work more productively and better decisions are made when a temperature of between 19-21 deg C is maintained; humidity should be kept below 65%. The effect of humidity is more noticeable when the temperature is higher.
Requirements for an Air Conditioning system may vary between each application and consideration must be made to the area of the room, numbers of windows and lights, number of occupants, induced heat through solar gain and equipment within the room to name but a few.
Nowadays Air Conditioning units not only cool in summer but also heat in winter, combined with built in filters these units offer all year round comfort for the modern office environment.

Fresh Air
Fresh air should also be introduced into the office space and special consideration should be given where photocopy areas are concerned, these should have direct extract of pollutants. Photocopy machines produce ozone and when it is not possible to place the machine in a separate room they should be sited a minimum of 4 metres from staff.
We also design and install wet and warm air heating systems to suit all building types.

Good communications are essential within a business if it is to be successful

Data / Communications Network
We can undertake data and telecommunications field wiring installations; Cat 5e, cat 6 and fibre optic. By instructing us to manage both data and voice installations as well as electrical will prove both financially and logistically beneficial. However, where required, we will work alongside your nominated computer or telephone system suppliers to ensure a thorough understanding and that a professional level of cooperation exists to enable the installation to proceed without problems.

Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems
A comprehensive fire alarm system should be considered a very high priority and for any business employing more than five people it's a legal requirement. We can install small stand alone systems to multi loop, multi panel addressable systems with an array of integrated devices which can be linked to monitoring stations. We also ensure that sufficient emergency lighting provisions are catered for within the design criteria.
