The design and planning element is the foundation of a successful project The foundations of your project start with the design function. We start by meeting you and listen carefully to fully understand your key objectives in your project, understand your company culture, its dynamics and its direction now and for the future. Areas of consideration include department interaction, seating arrangements, furniture requirements, access, operational requirements, lighting elements (both natural and artificial), technical requirements, office orientation and of course, timescales and budgets.
Example of 2d floor plan Design can be described as the realisation of the thought process We evaluate the existing services (heating, ventilation, power supply, and plumbing) to ascertain if they are suitable or need upgrading or replacing to meet the current and future needs. Does your workplace create the right first impression? Our in-house design team produce fresh and imaginative, functional and stylish, practical and cost efficient, inspiring and environmentally friendly proposals that meet with the long term aspirations of your business which are sufficiently flexible to meet any changes. We have no “house style”, each proposal is created to meet the individual needs of your business.

Our design approach is all about progressive design and “sign off”. Whilst design is a creative activity, it does not mean that it has to be arranged in an unstructured way. By structuring the design process and progressively signing off the design, you will fully understand the detail of your project.

If it doesn’t exist, we design it Incorporated within the planning stage are not only the aesthetic and functional elements but also the technical components to ensure that lighting, heating, ventilation, power and data will be compliant and meet the needs not only of today but for future planned needs. We can produce 3d visualisations, 2d plans, concept sketches and theme boards to enable you to visualise, agree and implement your new environment. Example of concept sketch we provide : workplace analysis - site surveys - storage audit and analysis detailed space planning - feasability studies - bespoke furniture design |
