The building, Edenfield House, is approximately 20,000 sq ft and offers accommodation on three levels. As you may expect, the building's previous tenants vacated the building leaving it configured in a way that does not meet the operational requirements of GE Fanuc.

Having completed the various surveys, designs and build specifications, we are now on site and works are well underway for a January 09 occupation. The scope of works comprise everything from the initial removal and demolitions exercise to a general M&E (mechanical & electrical) overhaul with new partitions, suspended ceilings, raised access floors (including new coverings), break-out areas and new furniture in certain areas. The nature and demands of GE Fanuc's business dictates that extremely high level of ASD (anti-static) protection is provided and an IT infra-structure to Cat 6 performance levels, all of which is being handled in-house.
