DEK is the world's leading provider of equipment and processes for the high accuracy mass imaging of electronic materials. They are part of the US based Dover Corporation, and are one of the largest employers in Weymouth, Dorset.

Oaktree provided a number of possible layouts for the client to choose from, making sure that the space was managed to its full capacity to allow for further growth.

The project would involve dry lining, partitioning, new air conditioning and fresh air system, electrical and data supply for 100+ desk positions, suspended ceiling, fire alarms, flooring and new external windows. They also required a breakout and rest area to be built to serve this new area.

Works are due to start on 15th March 2010 and are expected to be completed in about 5 weeks, which is good news for the sales targets of DEK as a single machine of theirs can cost in excess of £1 million!!!
