"I just wanted to drop you a line directly regarding our new build in Aberdeen.

With Olly no longer on board I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about the co-ordination of this build as it is a new area to me. I need not have been concerned though as John Baker was the driving force behind this project being completed on time. He was faced with various challenges along the way and resolved them all quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated at all times and this included evening and weekend calls. His attention to detail was admirable considering the variety of contractors involved in this project and it was all to achieve the high standards which have obviously been set by your company.

I would like to add that I am aware of his personal circumstances with his father and despite this he insisted on coming up to Aberdeen to personally check that all aspects of the job were up to his standard. He was even willing to don rubber gloves and help clean up if necessary. I did ensure that this was not necessary but it just showed that this man will do whatever it takes to get the job done and done well!
