Perry Mills - CEO
Perry has over 25 years experience in providing office fit-out solutions for clients throughout the UK and Europe. Under his leadership, Oaktree has achieved year on year growth in all but two of its 25 years of trading. Being commended for his business achievements by Who’s Who is perhaps the most rewarding and appropriate way in which to acknowledge his dedication and commitment to our business.
In addition to his work within the local community, Perry likes to play the odd game of golf and as a Vice President of Reading FC he likes to watch the ‘Royals’ on a Saturday afternoon.

Nick Rose - Sales Manager
Nick develops the customer communication to ensure a working relationship is formed that allows for trust and confidence to be built. Nick also initiates the project brief and information ready to be handed to the Project Team for implementation. He will stay close to our clients throughout the duration of the project and provide that all-important point of contact.
We are proud to have Nick as a valued member of our team who, as a soldier in the British Army's 3rd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment, was one of the many brave personnel to fight for our country in the Falklands War during the early 1980's, something for which Nick has been highly decorated for, and rightly so.

Nick Doe - Design Manager
Nick is in charge of the Oaktree design team. His responsibility is to co-ordinate all aspects of the design, from taking the initial design and planning brief through to the final design presentations and subsequent approvals. He will ensure that detailed drawings are produced for submission for Local Authority and Landlord approval and for construction drawings to be created for our own on-site use.
Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He would one day like to cycle around the World, but realizes that will never happen whilst he still has stabilisers on.

John Baker - Senior Project Manager
John ensures that all aspects of the project on-site are running smoothly and that any project variations are discussed with the client and are put in place. John works closely with both the office teams and the site staff, to ensure all of the projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Quality Control and Site Safety are two of John's primary objectives. John will assist in the development of the project's financial planning and final account.
As an award winning ballroom dancer, John still has aspirations to appear on Strictly Come Dancing, but his fondness of rearing his prized Koi Carp means he has little time left to practice his moves.

Chris Mills - Projects Co-ordinator
Chris works alongside Carl and John by linking the specific submissions of our administrative staff, suppliers and specialist sub-contractors that relate to each contract. Chris' main task is to provide accurate cost analysis so that the main specification documents can be produced.
A keen golfer playing off 6, Chris spends some of his time playing at Bearwood Lakes, a local golf course; he is particularly pleased when he is invited to play for their scratch league. Playing the latest computer games form some of his other external activities.
