Lighting
Our experience allows us to advise on all aspects of lighting. We take great care in developing the finest systems that suit the application and achieve an exciting and ideal working environment.
We design and manufacture bespoke fittings to meet your individual requirements, whilst advising on energy efficient solutions to reduce your energy bills.

Power Installation
Our Small Works division undertakes less complicated tasks, such as installing single sockets to an existing electrical setup.
Our Contracts divisions can install total power solutions for entire buildings, including back-up generation and UPS Systems, with full power installation utilising service outlets, buss-bar trunking and hard-wired power.

BMS/HVAC
We are involved with many system houses together with end users, installing motive power, control and Comms. cabling associated with the HVAC Industry.
Our engineers are fully conversant with the requirements involved in this field of work, whether a stand alone boiler house with a basic heating control system, or a fully installed BMS system, with multiple boiler houses, roof plant and fan coil loops for the larger projects.

Data & Voice Installations
We undertake a wide variety of data and tele-communications installations, field wiring, Cat 5E, Cat 6 and fibre optics. We design and install bespoke systems that are commissioned and certified upon completion. Using us to look after both the data and voice installation as well as the electrical installation will afford you savings on time and money. However, where required we will work alongside nominated computer or telephone system suppliers to ensure a thorough understanding and level of co-operation exists and that the installation proceeds to a smooth completion.

Fire Alarms
We can install certified alarm systems to suit your business. From a stand alone fire alarm system to a multi-loop / multi-panel addressable system linked to a monitoring station. Once installed we then offer a range of maintenance packages to ensure you are covered under current and future regulations.

Specialist Installations
Our engineers are trained to carry out other specialist works, such as flame-proof and explosion-proof installations for the petro-chemical industry, sewage plants, industrial refrigeration units plus mechanical installations e.g. plumbing.
CCTV and access control systems are often installed. From multi-door access systems to a network of cameras monitored locally or remotely. In short, we are confident that we can assist you with any special requirements you have.

Planned Maintenance and Reactive Call-Out
Maintenance is essential to keep your installation in top condition and reduces replacement costs. Our servicing plans include emergency lighting tests, PAT tests, lamp replacements and periodic inspection reports.
