‘I'm writing to thank you for the excellent service your company gave when you recently refurbished our offices.

As you know, there were a number of improvements we needed to make that involved the office layout, supply of furniture, electrical work, joinery, central heating, data cabling and decorating. The fact that we could leave all of it to you to project manage and complete, allowed me to concentrate on business and not spend all day on the telephone talking to lots of contractors.
