Over the past few years, their company has rapidly grown into one of the most effective social recruitment agencies in the country. As a result, they have expanded to the extent that they have outgrown their previous offices in Potters Bar. In 2014, they began the search for the perfect office alternative to accommodate their 50 employees.

The Perfect Office Interior

Unfortunately, office space for such a large number of people has proven to be very limited in Hertfordshire, sue to the number of office complexes which have been converted into residential usage over the past few years.

Since they began their search, our dedicated team at Oaktree has been working alongside them. We have assisted with space planning and location feasibility advice, and explored numerous options with RT Social Care. In early 2015, after a year of searching, we were asked to assess, plan and design a completely new office interior at Stag House, in Hertford.

Commencing in June, a new lease has been agreed upon and Oaktree Interiors are extremely excited to begin work on the ideal office interior!

Designed to accommodate more than 50 employees, with room for expansion, Oaktree Interiors will be creating new boardroom and meeting space, including a folding partition system. The space itself will incorporate stylish and modern open-plan office areas, a brand new kitchen, and comfortable break-out areas.

The office space will also feature a cleverly designed communications room and brand new furniture throughout. RT Social Care will begin to occupy the space itself from Mid/Late-July.
